Research Interests
I am interested in applications of gauge/gravity duality to strongly coupled systems, such as the quark-gluon plasma created in heavy ion collisions at RHIC and LHC accelerators. My research has been focused on holographic studies of how energetic quarks and gluons lose energy in the plasma (jet quenching), with special emphasis on light quarks.
