Travel Adaptors

Please do not forget that British electric sockets are in many ways unique. If you are coming from overseas, you may need an electric adaptor, e.g. USA-UK or EU-UK (yes!), e.g. the USA-EU adaptor will be useless. They are sold at the airports and can be found in Oxford's shops (but not easily).
