Micro-workshop on analytic properties of thermal correlators at weak & strong coupling

Practical Information

The workshop will be held in the Dobson Room of the Atmospheric Oceanic & Planetary Physics Department (a.k.a. "Atmospheric Physics"). Its formal address is: Clarendon Laboratory, University of Oxford, Sherrington Rd, Oxford OX1 3PU, UK. The building can be accessed with the University or Visitor access card only (see below).

The Arrival

Please see section "Travel" on how to reach Oxford. On Monday, 6 March, 8:45 - 9:45 am, please come to the Rudolplh Peierls Centre for Theoretical Physics, 1 Keble Road, Oxford, OX1 3NP, for registration. You will get Visitor cards from Michelle Bosher, our Administrator.

Rooms have been reserved for speakers in various colleges. All others are expected to make their own arrangements.

We plan to have collective lunches in local restaurants but please feel free to decouple from the collective. For dinners, the participants are encouraged to explore local options including pubs.

Internet access

Eduroam is functioning on the grounds. For speakers, Physics Department will offer alternative arrangements, if necessary.

Travel Adaptors

Please do not forget that British electric sockets are in many ways unique. If you are coming from overseas, you may need an electric adaptor, e.g. USA-UK or EU-UK (yes!), e.g. the USA-EU adaptor will be useless. They are sold at the airports and can be found in Oxford's shops (but not easily).
