Output contained in the .tmp file:

Column 1: Total number of transport time steps, taking into account restarts
Column 2: Iteration number
Column 3: Size of time step for previous time level
Column 4: Size of time step for current time level
Column 5: Normalized time (see trin_norm.pdf for normalization)
Column 6: Electron density
Column 7: Ion temperature
Column 8: Electron temperature

The quantities in this output file are needed for restarting a TRINITY simulation. It works regardless of whether or not all iterations for a given time step are completed.
