Does it mean that, at very low temperatures, on top of the Hubbard interaction, we also need the exchange interaction to explain why we get ferromag or antiferromag? And at 'high' temperatures, this exchange interaction is overwhelmed by thermal energy, meaning we then have a Curie paramagnet?
