Accommodation




All participants will be accommodated in University College (High Street, Oxford OX1 4BH, Tel: +44 (1865) 276602).

Bed and breakfast will cost £40.15 per person per night in single rooms (shared bathrooms). There are 8 double rooms available with shared bathrooms as well as 2 double rooms with en-suite facilties and disabled access - the cost per person is the same as above. Accompanying persons have to pay in addition a tax of 17.5%.

Participants will be invoiced directly by the College. After arrival (see directions on getting here) payment must be made by cash, credit card or UK bank cheque at the College Bursary (Open 8 am - 5 pm but not on Saturday).

Please fill in the registration form to confirm your requirements by Monday 12 September. The local organiser may have to compensate the College if you book and do not turn up - so please honour your commitment!

On Saturday 24 September, please vacate your rooms immediately after breakfast as the rooms need to be readied for new arrivals at noon - luggage may be left in the Lodge.
