Parking: isn't so easy in East Oxford, there is "St. Clements Car Park", signposted first left down St. Clements (see map above) which is pay and display. Sometimes some free slots on Dawson street (first right off St. Clements) or on Cowley Place, off the roundabout, in front of Magdalen school. But these are generally in great demand. There are a few free bays on other side-streets as well... If you are coming from outside Oxford, you can also use the Thornhill park and ride and get out at the St. Clements street bus stop.
Bus: The Airline bus from Heathrow or Gatwick, as well as the Oxford Espress and Oxford Tube buses from London all stop at "St. Clements", close to the house, see map above.
train The train station is about a 25 minute walk from my house,

of walk from railway station or you can take a number of busses -- bus 5 is the most frequent, get out at the first bus stop on Cowley Road right after the roundabout.
