Geometry input parameters (parameter -- description -- options, with default given first):
geo_option -- determines how magnetic geometry is specified -- 'analytic' or 'iterdb'
geo_file -- file with magnetic geometry input data (if using 'iterdb' option) -- path of geo input file
geo_time -- time during discharge to sample experimental data in seconds (if using 'iterdb option)
fluxlabel_option -- sets choice of normalized flux label -- 'torflux' (sqrt(toroidal flux)) or 'aminor' (r/a)
rad_out -- location of outermost radial grid point in simulation -- number from 0 to 1, with 0.95 default
nrad -- number of radial grid points in transport solver -- default 8, recommend >= 8
bmag -- reference magnetic field strength (at magnetic axis) in Tesla -- default 5.3
aspr -- device aspect ratio (R/a) -- default 3.1
rmaj -- major radius at magnetic axis (in meters) -- default 6.2
phia_in -- sqrt(toroidal flux) at separatrix...only set if not given by ITER database file
