Hi Steve, Suppose (like in 2012) we're asked what a suitable element would be for to dope a crystal. It seems to me like this requires knowledge of the periodic table. Or maybe just what's left & right of Silicon and Germanium? Perhaps we'll be given a periodic table, or the relevant portion of it? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts, Simon. |
