yeah, good point. Strictly speaking one does need to know the mobility as a function of temperature too. And mobility can change as a function of temperature --- albeit usually weakly. In comparison, the density of carriers in a semiconductor changes exponentially (at least in the intrinsic regime), which is much much more important than any change in the mobility.
