We have been studying the stochastic rotation model as a tool for modelling polymer hydrodynamics. An analytic solution for the transport coefficients is given in Pooley [1]. Work is in progress to investigate the behaviour of polymer tethered in a flow field with the aim of understanding the effect of polymers on lubrication.

We are also interested in polymer .... through a membrane and packing with a viral capsid [2]
